Come experience Yoga Nidra and crystal harp sound healing.Here's your invitation to come slow down, pause, and rest.
Come practice with us Saturday September 28th 10am-11:30am at The Yoga Branch Studio.
This is a peaceful practice where you lie down, eyes closed, in a comfortable position, fully supported. Helping you to deeply connect with your body. No previous yoga experience necessary, all props provided.
During this session, you’ll experience the combined benefits of Sound Healing & Yoga Nidra. Come be guided through a relaxing meditation to help put you back in touch with your body, mind, and spirit. Let the resonance of sounds from the crystal harp attune and heal you with their vibrational frequencies. Let the soothing sound wash over you as you let go of stress and tension.
