Yoga Nidra Sound Bath Experience at LaBelle Winery Derry

Join us as we de-stress during the busy holiday season for a Yoga Nidra Sound Bath led by Shana Prest, Senior Yoga Instructor of The . We will help you tune inward & release the stress of the season to find peace and be ready to embrace the joy of the holidays.

This immersive experience combines the guided relaxation techniques of Yoga Nidra with the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. As you lie comfortably, you will be guided through a series of verbal cues and visualizations, gently easing your mind into a state of profound relaxation with Yoga Nidra. You will then bathe in the soothing rhythmic sounds of the crystal singing bowls. You’ll leave this class feeling cleansed of your worries, back in alignment with your true self and with a sense of clarity on how to navigate this busy season.

Bring your own yoga mat. No other equipment required!

Join us after your class by upgrading your class registration to include a glass of LaBelle wine in our on-site Americus Restaurant after class! Your choice of select wines are available with pre-purchased glass. We also recommend dinner in Americus to go with your wine following your class. Reservations in advance are encouraged, with a recommended reservation time of 7:15pm.

About the Instructor: Yoga classes are led by Professional Instructors from Collective Studios of Londonderry.

• Class takes place from 6-7pm on December 14th in the upstairs Harvest Room at our Derry location.
• Advance registration is required. Registration closes 2 hours before class.
• Bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle. No other equipment required.
• Tickets are electronic and will be emailed to you immediately upon purchase online. The name on the ticket does not need to match the name of the person attending.
