Reset your nervous system and relax with a guided Yoga Nidra session, followed by an optional social.Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep", is a deeply relaxing meditation technique that induces a state of conscious relaxation. In this practice, you lie down in a comfortable position and follow a guided meditation that takes you through a body scan, breath awareness, and visualization exercises.
Yoga Nidra can be helpful for stress reduction, deep relaxation, and mental clarity.
What to expect:
