Join Lynn Clyde for a Sound Healing Gong & Crystal Bowl Meditation. The gong clears the subconscious mind. It releases emotional, energetic and physical blocks and may relieve stress, anxiety and depression. It is a very powerful tool to promote healing and a state of deep awareness. No experience necessary.

22 minutes: Introduction & Breathwork

44 minutes: Gong & Crystal Bowl Meditation lying down

11 minutes: Mantra Meditation

Mantra Meditation: Mantra's are formulas that alter the patterns of the mind and the chemistry of the brain. They elevate or modify consciousness through their meaning and rhythmical repetition.

LOCATION: Lions Hall – 935 Sydenham Road - FREE parking (in front of the hall, in back, or on Sydenham Road).

BRING: Yoga mat, water, blanket, cushion & eye covering (optional). Feel free to bring a small blow up mattress if preferred.

WEAR: Loose comfortable clothing in layers (the room is usually cool).
