Yoga Nidra, Reiki +Sound

This week's Yoga Nidra, Reiki, +Sound session brings the challenging practice of exploring our awareness when it is recalling discomfort. I have communicated to classes that I would put an awareness post if we ever were to do the shadow work.
It is important to note that you are always in control, you can always disregard instructions, focus on the sound healing, and/or put your arm up to receive Reiki to help you through the process. WE are here for you, your journey and your experience! This is the perfect environment to challenge yourself because we 100% have you backed by three teachers and an amazing community.
