Join us for a gentle and restorative journey into the art of Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep.You’ll be guided through a full Yoga Nidra practice—a deeply relaxing, meditative experience where you’ll rest comfortably in stillness as you are led through body awareness, breath guidance, and gentle visualization. This practice helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing the body to relax fully while the mind drifts into a restful, conscious state between wakefulness and sleep.
Whether you’re new to meditation or seeking a deeper layer of rest, this session offers a supportive space to pause, reset, and reconnect with your inner calm.
Please bring: a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or any props to help you feel completely supported and cozy while lying down. (some mats and props will be available)
