Are you interested in starting your own Yoga Nidra practice? Or perhaps guiding others? In this workshop, you will gather the knowledge and tools to do both!
This workshop will:
- Touch on the history of Yoga Nidra;
- Outline important details of moving yourself through a guided practice, or leading one for others;
- Explore the mental and physical benefits of Yoga Nidra.
You will also experience a Yoga Nidra practice, with time to ask questions afterward.

8:15-9:30PM - Learn the philosophy and details of Yoga Nidra through lecture, discussion, and time for asking questions

I began Restorative Yoga in 1983 as a means to deal with the pain and stress from cancer treatments. With a regular yoga practice, my body healed! In 2008, I received my first 200 hour yoga certification and have continued my yoga education ever since -- specializing in Restorative Yoga, Healing Flow Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and working with other cancer survivors. In addition to yoga, I enjoy travel, cross country skiing, cycling, pickle ball, and hiking with my four-legged buddy, Jack.
