Join us in the auditorium for a free yoga session led by yoga therapist Kathleen Kraft. Participants may practice on a chair or on their own mat. Pen and paper will be provided for those who wish to journal.
Kathleen Kraft has been teaching yoga for over ten years and is an advanced teacher of therapeutic yoga. She is also a poet and writer.
