Join us for our first EVER Yoga Nidra session at Sky’s The Limit Yoga Co! If you are a real OG and remember when we had “nap-asana” on the schedule, this is taking it to a new magical level!
We will start our session with a bit of education to give you a sense of what is to come && follow it up with 15min of gentle movement to prepare the body for rest then conclude with Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra is also known as "yogic sleep," && is a form of guided meditation that aims to induce a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.
This practice will be the perfect way to end your Thanksgiving holiday weekend + recenter before the year is over!
