Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative practice that invites the body to rest lying down while the mind remains awake and aware. This guided meditation is also referred to as "Yogic Sleep" - a state between waking and dreaming. Jordan will lead you through stages of relaxation, breath and visualization. You do not have to "do" anything - just listen and allow yourself to unwind. No prior experience is needed to enjoy deep relation with inner awareness. It is accessible and benefits everyone!
