This series includes 6 yoga sessions on Mondays & Saturdays from May 11-30, 2026. Cost: $80, includes instruction and all 6 yoga classes!
Step onto the mat for the first time or return to the beginning — this welcoming workshop is designed for complete beginners and those looking to rebuild a gentle foundation in yoga. Spread across three Monday evenings, this program gives you space to learn gradually, with each session building naturally on the last.
What to Expect:
In each Monday class, we'll move through the foundational postures of our Fluid Yoga practice at an unhurried pace. No flexibility or prior experience is needed — just an open mind and comfortable clothing.
You'll learn how to breathe with your body, find safe alignment in standing, seated, and supine poses, and begin to understand how the practice can become a tool for everyday wellbeing. Modifications and props will be available throughout, so the practice meets you exactly where you are.
We'll close every session with an extended yoga nidra — the ancient practice of "yogic sleep." Lying in complete stillness, you'll be guided through a deeply restorative body scan and visualization that brings the nervous system into a state of profound rest. Yoga nidra is accessible to absolutely everyone regardless of physical ability, and many people describe a single session as equivalent to several hours of deep sleep. It's the perfect way to integrate everything the body has absorbed during the movement practice.
By the end of the three weeks, you'll have a solid grounding in the fundamentals, a taste of regular practice, and a toolkit to carry with you long after the workshop ends.
What's included:
3 Monday workshops + 3 complimentary Saturday classes (one per week), a total of 6 yoga sessions!
What to bring:
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Mats, blocks, blankets, and bolsters are provided. A warm layer for yoga nidra is recommended.
