Join Jen Endicott, a Trauma-Informed Yoga Nidrā facilitator, for a deeply restorative guided meditation designed to bring profound relaxation and healing. Often referred to as "yogic sleep," Yoga Nidrā is a non-movement practice that guides your awareness inward, helping to reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and promote emotional well-being.

Through gentle breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization techniques, this experience will allow you to shift from a state of stress to deep relaxation—supporting your nervous system and restoring balance in both mind and body.
