This event was put in place to help children and teens find ways to ease and gain access to tools for anxiety related issues. The space we will join in, will be set up like a starry night with galaxy lights on the ceiling and walls.
Children will experience a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, which is a great way to get started in meditation even for those who may have trouble meditating.
We will end the session with the tranquil and healing blend of sounds from Tibetan metal singing bowls for healing and alignment.
What to bring: (To make sure your child will be as cozy as possible! )
As the body falls into yogic sleep, temperature will drop slightly so warm and comfy clothes are best. Socks, water bottle, a small plush toy is optional as well as an eye covering.
A blanket or throw, pillow for behind the head and maybe an extra mat or blanket to lay on.
The space is "scent sensitive" so please be mindful of that.
Bring whatever you need to get uber comfy, warm and relaxed.
This is a quiet session so everyone will need to arrive on time as the doors will be closed once we begin.
The investment is $15 pp per session or pay ahead for the sessions and get a little break.
($25 for 2 session)
