ABOUTStep into the serenity of Heartwood Farm, Federal and allow yourself to be guided into stillness with Leigh Ostermeier and Caroline Tremayne. This is not a workshop, but an immersion - an afternoon created for surrender, release and restoration.
Yoga Nidra is a practice of conscious relaxation, where you lie comfortably in Śavāsana and are guided into a peaceful state of rest, renewal and inner stillness. The body relaxes as if asleep, while the mind remains calm, aware, and open - taking you into a deeply restorative state.
Sound Bath - immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs and other instruments, designed to release stress, quiet the mind and restore harmony in body, mind and spirit.
