Join Farhad as he guides you through breathwork, yoga Nidra, and a crystal bowl healing sound journey. Using Sound Off headsets for the ultimate immersive experience. This event is open to everyone. Allow yourself to journey into deeper states of meditation and relaxation. Yoga Nidra allows you to access delta brainwaves, which are responsible for the healing and restoration that happens in your body during deep sleep. Activating delta brainwaves during yoga nidra allows your mind and body to rest while you're awake. Yoga Nidra also activates the pineal gland.

Space is limited for this event.

All props will be provided at the studio. However, you are welcome to bring your own for added comfort. We do recommend you bring your own eye pillow/mask.
