Join Dorothy to learn about yoga nidra. This workshop provides a baseline understanding of the ancient and healing yoga nidra practice, including its benefits to mental health, stress, and PTSD.Experience deep healing with a guided yoga nidra meditation, followed by a nourishing sound bath.
No previous experience is required; just bring your beautiful self!
This workshop is in person, and is open to participants over the age of 18 years.
