Yoga nidra and sound healing meditation with Dorothy @ Nourish The Yin

Join Dorothy to learn about yoga nidra. This workshop provides a baseline understanding of the ancient and healing yoga nidra practice, including its benefits to mental health, stress, and PTSD.

Experience deep healing with a guided yoga nidra meditation, followed by a nourishing sound bath.

No previous experience is required; just bring your beautiful self!

This workshop is in person, and is open to participants over the age of 18 years.

Doors open 10 minutes beforehand. Participants will be required to complete a waiver form upon arrival.

To respect the meditative environment, the doors will be closed as the workshop starts.
