Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep): A guided meditation that brings the body into profound rest while the mind remains gently aware.
Sound Bath: Healing vibrations from therapeutic instruments to calm the mind and soothe the nervous system.
This session also includes brief psycho-education on stress, intention setting, and take-home resources for continued well-being.
About Kanan
Kanan Kapila, Loopwell Director of Spiritual Well-Being, is a therapist and yoga teacher who blends psychotherapy, meditation, and holistic healing to support mind–body–spirit wellness.
