You’ll be gently guided through a beautiful Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep)—a restorative, meditation-based practice that helps calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite deep rest.As you relax, you’ll be bathed in a soothing sound bath, creating a nourishing space for release, reset, and renewal. This is the kind of experience you’ll feel long after you leave.A peaceful evening.
