Celebrate this sacred time of year with a gentle yoga class concluded with Yoga Nidra and accompanied by live guitar. In this class Rachel and Savaş will allow you to slow down and completely turn within. Through movement and music, enter the peaceful and nourishing current of the longest night of the year. This class will include some active asana that will gradually wind down to a few restorative postures and conclude with a 20 minute guided meditation. Bring your cozy socks and eye pillows and get ready to receive. This immersive experience is designed to nourish you inside and out and will be suitable for all levels.
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation meant to bring you into a sleep-like state. There is no wrong way to do it- just get comfortable, receive and enjoy!
