This weekend will explore and/or expand on the principles and practice of Yoga Nidra. If you have taken "level one" this would be considered "level two". If you have not taken "level one", this is a stand alone offering and can be taken without any previous training in Yoga Nidra. They are two different approaches to Yoga Nidra, and not necessarily "levels".

-applications for Yoga Nidra
-history and philosophy of Yoga Nidra
-pre-practices for Yoga Nidra
-post-practices for Yoga Nidra
-Mudras for Yoga Nidra
-Asanas for Yoga Nidra
-Pranayama for Yoga Nidra
-props and setting up for Yoga Nidra
-Guiding in and out of the Cave of the Heart with care and compassion
