Prepare for a gathering filled with yoga, guided mantras, chakra balancing, a cacao ceremony, and a tranquil sound bath. Enjoy three hours of serene movement and meaningful connection.
We'll start with a gentle yoga flow to awaken the body and mind, followed by a powerful mantra. Then, we'll explore chakra balancing to harmonise each energy centre, working to enhance our wellbeing. Lastly, the cacao circle will encourage us to open our hearts, nurturing a profound sense of community and connection.
Finally, you will unwind with a sound bath, surrounded by the soothing tones of singing bowls and a variety of therapeutic instruments, melting away stress and leading us into relaxation. This gathering is an opportunity to nurture our inner well-being, establish connections with like-minded individuals, and leave feeling refreshed, centred, and energised.
@staceyjoymusic is a yoga teacher and professional singer/songwriter from California. Stacey offers her music to help deepen relaxation and bring the body back into balance.

Emma @jotpremyoga_therapy specialises in energy work, meditation, and kundalini yoga.

Gillian @yin_skin_breathe is all for the love of movement and sound therapy.
