Yoga Mondays with Fleet Feet Westfield

Fleet Feet Westfield will be parterning with yoga instructor Joy Morreale as well as Asics and Hylo to bring an informative and thorough monthly yoga session to you. Each session will focus on a different style or purpose to better prepare you for training or recovery. You can register ahead and it will cost $10 a session (pay by cash or Venmo upon arrival), but Fleet Feet will be providing all the neccasary materials. This includes mats, towels, blocks and all participants will recieved a complimentary drink afterwards at Bareburger!
