Friday 7th February - Focus & Flow, Sowing Seeds
- 1hr 15mins - Setting intentions and finding focus in your bodmind through yoga. Taking conscious time and space with yourself while sowing seeds of kindness for the year ahead.
- 30mins - Enjoy a Valentines themed drink and treat while connecting with your fellow classmates.
- 30 mins - Wellness chat related to the theme and finish treats.
-Ending/take home activity.
Saturday 12th April - Renew & Balance, Springing into Action
1hr 15mins - Embrace renewal and growth and celebrate the return of the sun. An uplifting and energising practice to bring you out of hibernation. Finding balance in your bodymind.
- 30 mins - Enjoy an energising drink and snack.
- 30 mins - wellness chat relating to the theme while you finish your treats.
- Ending/take home activity.
Saturday 9th August - Centering & Contentment, Finding Joy & Gratitude
- 1hr 15mins - A cooling practice that also cultivates contentment. Celebrate you by offering yourself time and space to experience gratitude. A slow practice designed to ground and soothe your summer energy.
- 30 mins - Tea and cake in the garden
- 30 mins wellness chat relating to the theme as you finish your treats.
- Ending/take home activity.
Friday 28th November - Nourishing & Flourishing
1hr 15 minutes - Warming yoga class with emphasis on strengthening and heating the body with mindful breathing and relaxation.
- 30 mins - hot drink and festive snack
- 30 mins - wellness chat relating to theme while you finish your treats.
- Ending/take home activity.
