Join us for an evening of relaxation and mindfulness. The evening will include breath work, meditation, yoga, and potting your own plant!
About this Event

Join Olivia on Tuesday Decemebr 17th from 6:00-7:30PM to slow things down during the busy holiday season. The evening will start off with some meditation, breathwork, and beginner yoga. Once we are all settled we will move into the plant care section of the evening. Planting either a Pothos, Golden pothos, or Inchplant to take home with you!
