I hope you can join Pippa and Tara at Chester Park Junior School on Friday 9th January from 7-9pm for an hour of yoga and mindfulness and a relaxing sound bath.
There will be an hour of yoga and mindfulness with Pippa, followed by Tara who will showcase her beautiful instruments and voice, and you can let the sounds wash over you while you relax.
It is sure to be a lovely, deep and restorative experience to wind down from your week and set you up in a beautiful way for your weekend ahead.
