Doors open at 6pm and we begin at 630. This is a free event. Join us as special guest Jenna instructs us on yoga techniques (all levels welcome) as well as guiding us through a meditation. We are grateful for this new compass night opportunity in which she has taken time out of her busy schedule to help each of us expand on our spiritual journey. Please dress appropriately for movement and comfort.
