In this hour long class you will move through gentle movement before settling into a thirty minute guided meditation. Accessible for everyone whether you are a practiced yogi or a beginner.

About your instructor: Mallory Gabriel
Mallory started practicing Yoga in the early 2000s with a Hot Yoga class here in Flagstaff. Her first yoga teacher training was in 2019 with Erin Widman at The Yoga Experience. In 2022 Mallory completed her second teacher training with The Foundry. Through the years of practice and six years teaching Mallory has had the privilege to experience many knowledgeable teachers, from various lineages of yoga. Yoga has transformed her life in various ways and continues to teach, challenge, and comfort her through life. Her time not practicing and teaching is spent with her Husband Nick and two sons, as well as many animals she cares for at home.
