Yoga + Meditation with Kelly

All floor-based poses; thus, no challenging sequences, no balancing, no sweating.

This style class will combine mostly of deep stretches, flowy gentle mellow sequences to help incorporate raising the energetic vibration and frequency of the Spiritual self. Releasing the heaviness of the every day world to help self-reflect within, finding one’s equanimity and most of all – internal peace.

The class will end with a visualization, aka a meditation selected from many potential themes, intertwined with silence. Silence is essential to assist with learning, developing self-processing of intuitive development.

The class will end with the yoga resting position known as “savasana.” This is where all bodies, physical, mental, emotional and Spiritual all re-unite as one prior to closing and releasing back out to the external life.

Sanscript is not utilized except for “namaste and savasana.”

Class expected to be about 75-90 minutes.

Starting at 7pm – and not going past 830pm. Class will start promptly. Door will be unlocked by 630pm.

Class Costs: $40. Cash highly encouraged. Venmo option available. Sign in sheet will be asked to sign upon entry.

Room is about 75 degrees, cool, approximately. Depending on the energy of the room and number of bodies, will adjust slightly.

Yin is not to be rendered in cool or cold air temps, while air will not be performed in heat. Please bring: • Yoga Mat • Props: bolsters, blocks, belts, or anything else that will help facilitate your experience. • Please bring own drinks, if desired. Please have closed container.

Kelly is a E-RYT 500 certified and registered yoga teacher. She is a seasoned teacher for a local yoga studio, holding over 10+ location across the northeast FL region. She has taught yoga over 10 + years. She is also a reader, psychic, medium and intuitive. She is a reader and teaches metaphysical classes at the Cosmic Church of Truth. She has added special elements of 'energy reading' to this class that cannot be replicated or reproduced, rooting from her authentic style of 'yin-based' yoga
