YogMala is the garland of 108 Surya Namaskaras that we offer every year on International Peace Day. It is a tradition at The Hindu Temple of Greater Chicago. The Yoga community, every year gets together and sets the intention for peace within and without. This tradition precedes the declaration of International Yoga Day by United Nations. And we are very proud of this tradition.
This yea,r we will be celebrating this important day on September 20th. See attached flyer for details. Register for the event on line. There is no charge. Join us for the entire eventorf part of it. Practice what you are comfortable with.
