Focus: Twisting. This collaborative class invites yoga instructors to enhance their skills in providing safe, effective adjustments while sharing their own experience and wisdom.
Through demonstrations, hands-on practice, and group discussion, participants will explore alignment principles, body mechanics, and consent-based techniques to support various body types and abilities.
By bringing your unique teaching background, you’ll help create a shared learning environment where everyone can refine their approach and gain new insights.
*Ideal for both new and experienced yoga teachers, this workshop equips you to confidently guide students toward better posture, focus, and body awareness.
