Vinyasa flow focused on releasing and opening the heart space to help inspire us to put thoughts onto paper.

A guided journaling workshop with journals provided by Wild House Paper.

Journal prompts will be provided to help you get inspired and greate your ideal wellness routine.

The goal is to help encourage participants to begin a new habit together and become more active and excited about journaling.

1 hour guided yoga class

1 journal from Wild House Paper

Light refreshments will be provided
