📍 Center BuildingThis free inclusive Vinyasa yoga class, led by the esteemed Che’Reese Anderson, MBA, MSN/HC, RN, and CEO of Namaste, is designed to welcome participants aged 13 and up, celebrating diversity and well-being for all.
Yoga is for EveryBody is not just a class—it’s a celebration of unity and mindfulness. Vinyasa yoga, known for its creative sequences that link breath with movement, offers a flowing and dynamic practice that adapts to the needs of each individual. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this free class is a perfect opportunity to connect with your body, mind, and spirit in a supportive and welcoming environment.
This class will be in the Indiana Room in the Center Building at Minnetrista. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat (or beach towel), wear comfortable clothing, and come with an open heart.
