Tabitha opens the afternoon with 45 minutes of gentle, intentional movement designed to bring you home to your body. Through breath and flow, she’ll guide you in releasing what the day — and perhaps the season — has been asking you to carry.
All levels welcome. No experience needed. Just show up and breathe.

As your body settles and your breath deepens, Rebecca leads you into 45 minutes of immersive sound healing. Rest beneath the open sky as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and sacred instruments wash over you — softening what’s been held tight, quieting what’s been loud, and gently guiding you back to stillness.
Sound instruments may include:
Crystal Singing Bowls
Crystal Pyramid
Koshi Chime
Rain Stick
Ocean Drum
(Each session is intuitively guided; the exact blend may vary.)
🧺 What to Bring
Yoga mat or Zero Gravity Chair
Blanket + pillow
Water bottle
Optional: eye mask, cozy socks, journal
Optional metaphysical items: crystals, tarot/oracle cards, or any
sacred objects you’d like to rest in the energy
