Step into the tropics with Buflo Girls Club for a wellness experience designed to help you move, reset, and reconnect.
We’re partnering with Vireva Yoga & Wellness for a cinematic infrared yoga class that blends movement, warmth, sound, and visual artistry to create a deeply immersive experience. Inside the studio, you’ll be surrounded by flowing visuals, curated soundscapes, and the gentle warmth of infrared panels, creating the perfect environment to quiet your mind, move with intention, and fully sink into the moment.
This is more than just a workout. It’s a tropical-inspired escape where you can release stress, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and clear.
After class, we’ll keep the vibes going with light refreshments and a fresh açaí bowl from Everberry. It’s the perfect post-yoga treat to cool down, socialize, and enjoy a soft, wellness-centered moment with other women in the community.
