Join Sarah Nelson (leader/owner of Midland Yoga Collective) at Frankenmuth Flower Festival for a yoga practice among the sunflowers to get your body moving mindfully and feel better in mind, body, and spirit! Options are always given for all bodies and abilities, and beginners are welcome. This yoga class is the perfect way to re-calibrate both your mind and body, and have a little fun in the flowers.

Participation is free with your festival admission ticket ( purchase a ticket here: grandpatinys.com/frankenmuth-flower-festival ). No special yoga signup needed, just show up at one of the above times to the Yoga Tent.
The practice will start off gentle and gradually build up to a few playful challenges. Sarah's approach is based in both Forrest Yoga and Yoga Tune Up®, and is always inclusive, functional, and trauma-informed: some postures and movements will feel familiar if you've done yoga before, but you'll also move in lots of out-of-the-box ways too - making this a fun and embodied exploratory experience! The pace of the class will vary; you’ll hold some poses for an extended time, while at other times you’ll move more dynamically by linking breath with movement - either way expect to connect to your deepest breathing and innermost being. Options are always given for all bodies and abilities, and beginners are welcome. This yoga class is the perfect way to re-calibrate both your mind and body, and have a little fun in the flowers at Frankenmuth Flower Festival.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one; the first 3 to check in and participate each session will receive a free yoga mat! Beyond that, a limited number of mats will be available to borrow. Sunglasses, sunscreen, water, and a towel for under your mat are also encouraged for this outdoor class. See you in the sunflowers!
