Join teachers from Blue Anjou Yoga Studio for a free yoga class, Wednesday, 6-7 p.m., at Wayne Ferguson Plaza, 150 W. Church Street.
Classes are open to all levels. Yoga can improve flexibility, reduce stress, and supports overall physical and mental well-being. Bring a fitness mat, towel, and water.
During the warming months some instructors will move class to the shady portion of the plaza. This area is between the alleyway and Main Street.
