The most beautiful weather of the year! Let's make the most of it and enjoy the fresh air, warm sunshine and the sweet earth beneath your feet all while being guided through yoga class. Yoga in the Park is an all level, family friendly, refreshing summer experience.
WHERE: Lion's Park Picnic Area, Niskayuna
WHEN: Saturdays, 8:30am-9:30am
DATES: July 5 - August 30
PRICE: This is a drop in class with a specialty price of $20 that may be paid through WellNest, or onsite via Venmo or Cash.
Kids 12 and under can join along for free.
