Join Theresa Moore—a 500-hour certified yoga instructor and dedicated member of the Friends of Beltzville—for a peaceful, all-levels Gentle Yoga practice surrounded by the natural beauty of Beltzville State Park.

🗺 Directions to the Sawmill Trailhead (August session only)
From the main entrance of Beltzville State Park, turn LEFT.
Pass the Army Corps of Engineers building.
Drive about 1 mile and look for the Big Creek Grange sign on the left.
Turn LEFT onto Grange Road.
At the bottom of the hill, turn LEFT onto Old Mill Road.
Pass 3 houses on the left.
Turn LEFT into the unmarked Sawmill Trail parking lot.
Tip: If you cross a small bridge, you've gone too far!
After parking:
Walk out of the lot, turn LEFT, and cross the bridge.
On your right, you'll see a grassy area by the creek—that's where yoga will be held.
🚫 Please do not block the gate if parking near the bridge.
