Yoga promotes peace and stability, while being in nature calms our minds and boosts our confidence. When we combine these two elements, something magical happens!

This class will focus on a mindful blend of strengthening, balancing, and opening poses, accompanied by the perfect amount of relaxation. You'll leave feeling recharged, refreshed, and more at peace.

We will meet in the parking lot by the Girard Park Recreation Center at 1:45 PM. Next to the large white wall is an archway to the playground. Aim for that. Look for me holding a clipboard, a sign, and an extra-large yellow gear bag.

The class will last one hour, starting at 2:00 PM in the park.

Please bring a yoga mat, a folded blanket, or a large beach towel, and wear comfortable, stretchy clothing in layers.

Everyone is welcome; modifications will be provided to ensure everyone can participate.
