STARTING June 8-July 27th!! During our one hour of Yoga in The Park, we will center our mind, while linking breath to gentle movement. Together, lets focus, breathe, stretch and strengthen,
helping to improve our balance and posture. This class is structured to accommodate all level yogis and is prenatal friendly. Beginners and advanced students welcome. Children welcome to participate if accompanied by an adult, same rates apply.
Yoga mats and props will not be provided. Please bring your own mat, blanket or towel. These items are suggested but not required.
JOIN US FOR SOME OUTDOOR YOGA!!! Your mind and body will thank you!
We will meet near the pergola at the back of the park! (Closest to Holly Street and North 7th)
Please sign up through event (or private message) and send payment prior to class!
Class will be CANCELLED if less than 5 committed students.
Saturday’s in June and July, and tentative pop ups in August!!
Class is tentative in relation to the weather.
Updates will be posted within the event as well as on Monroe Yoga page.
Cost is $10 per session.
Payments to be made prior to class via PayPal or Venmo!
