Join us for another season of Yoga in the Park at South Shore Park in Milwaukee's Bay View neighborhood. We will meet on the hill just north of the South Shore Pavilion, overlooking the lake (this was the new location as of last year) for a 60-minute asana (posture) practice with pranayama (mindful breathing exercises).
Bring a mat, blanket to place under your mat, water, and any props you might like to use.
$10-15 suggested donation. Punch cards are available if you'd like to commit and save. $40 for 5 classes.
