Bring your yoga mat and get ready to stretch, breathe and connect with nature. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this is a great opportunity to unwind and recharge. 🙏
The certified instructor through the YMCA Northern Sky and Courts Plus Community Fitness will guide you through a 60-minute session suitable for all levels. Admission is a free will donation, minimum $5 suggested and no pre-registration is required. All donations from Yoga in the Park events will benefit local charities. 🧘‍♂️💆‍♀️
