Takes place in the great room. Wednesdays at 6 PM. A gentle yoga class, designed for all bodies to gain peace and connection to their mind and body
7:00 flow class. More of a challenging class linking breath to movement .
These classes will be 45 minutes in length. Classes will take place at Hemlock crossings in their Great room. sign ups will be required Tuesdays before noon. Link will be going live very soon. To book your classes.
