Join us again this year for Yoga in the Park led by Malcolm!This fun event will take place outdoors at Boom Island Park at 5:00 p.m. and we will head over to Pryes Brewing for a drink after.
$20 ticket includes class, a bottle of water, and a drink token for Pryes Brewing
About the Instructor:
Malcolm is a compassionate 500-hour certified yoga teacher driven to make yoga accessible to diverse communities. Committed to spreading the healing benefits of this practice beyond the studio, Malcolm seeks to empower those from all walks of life to realize their path toward self-discovery and identify harmony within ourselves and each other. This class is beginner-friendly with intentional breathing and slow flowing movements to connect as a larger community.
