Join us for an invigorating, nature centered yoga flow in the great outdoors every Sunday morning at 9 am at BF Nelson Park this summer! Let's get outside and enjoy this gorgeous Minnesota summer together! We flow every Sunday morning for a 60 minute vinyasa-hatha-yin fusion style class. This class is designed for be the perfect start to your day. We warm up slowly and focus on mind-body connection and mobility before kicking it up a notch to get a little sweat on.
Once we reach a few peak poses that engage your balance, strength and flexibility, we bring it right back down to finish class by melting into some traditional yin style yoga poses focused on deep breathing and feeling into the body fully. There's nothing like feeling the grass beneath your palms and hearing the birds singing in savasana.
Class is canceled if it is raining. Your ticket will be transferred to the next date you are available. Please reach out to me if you have any questions!
