Sunday Thermaculture at Hewing Hotel Rooftop Sauna

Come solo or bring a pal for three rounds of gentle sauna steam aromatherapy on the rooftop of the Hewing Hotel.
GuidedThermaculture™ Sauna Sessions are a unique thermic bathing experience that combine traditional Nordic Sauna Löyly with new thermic conditioning best practices.
Sessions are comprised of three guided but casual sauna rounds designed to reset the body’s default response to stress by activating parasympathetic thermoregulation (the ability to respond to intensity without using fight-or-flight neurochemicals such as adrenaline).
Enjoy light breathwork and meditation designed to activate parasympathetic thermoregulation (ie the ability to respond to intense environments without triggering fight-or-flight neurochemicals such as adrenaline) to help you discover the deeop state of energized relaxation and clarity at the heart of authentiuc thermic bathing traditions around the world.

Know Before You Go:

• Valet and street parking available.
• Space is limited to 20 guests.
• Guests have acess to the hotel's warm rooftop soaking pool, locker rooms, showers and rooftop bar/restaurant.
• Towels and water provided.
• Plan on bringing easy-to-slip-on/off sandals or flip-flops, and a robe if you'd like. Bathing suits required.
• Must be 21 or older to access rooftop sauna and lounge area.
