Yoga in the Park - Daniel Boone Native Gardens

Outdoor (weather permitting) yoga session at Daniel Boone Native Gardens in Boone, NC. Breathe in the fresh air, put your feet on the green grass, under a tree and enjoy the park. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this event is accessible for anyone looking to unwind and connect your mind and body with nature. Jamie T. will lead you through a Hatha Vinyasa (flow) style practice. So, grab your mat, a bottle of water, bug spray, put on some comfortable clothes, and get ready to reconnect with yourself and others with our Community Outdoor Yoga event.

*For light or medium rain, class will not be cancelled and will take place on the covered deck, but is limited to 6 to 8 students due to limited covered space on rainy days. The temperature for class also will need to be 65 deg F or higher for class to take place.

This event is donation based, 100% of profits will go to Daniel Boone Native Gardens.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to read and sign the waiver and set up your space.
