We LOVE yoga in the park! And we have been loving our YIP since 2012!Join us on March 21st at ESNP in the Picnic Area at Parking Lot 9 for a mindful Yoga asana practice in a beautiful, natural, and serene setting. This is a wonderful opportunity to get grounded in Mother Nature, breathe fresh air and feel the sun on your face.
When you enter the park, turn right onto Still Hollow Loop Rd ( it’s the only road on your Right ) and drive until you see Parking lot 9, it's further than you think, so don't give up I promise you'll get there!
Bring your mat, water, maybe bug repellent & something to go under your mat and bring a friend or two, it's always more fun with friends!
