Grab your mat, and water bottle, and join us for Yoga on our farm with Nora Doebrich of Flower City Yoga (Thursdays 7 PM) 7/18 and 7/25.
Please check-in at the Main Barn at least 15 minutes early and we will warm up with a lovely scenic walk to our Lavender field (approx. 0.2-mile stroll). Yoga will start promptly at the specified time in the lavender fields.
Classes will take place inside our well-ventilated barn in the event of inclement weather. At the end of the class, relax and enjoy a half-hour stroll and take advantage of the photo opportunity in our flower fields as the sun is setting in the evening. All participants will be able to cut lavender or flowers to take home
